Amin was the best service manager we have ever come across any dealerships and we have dealt with a number of them over years. He was polite attentive and made sure that all our instructions are noted and dealt with timely and efficiently.

I booked via the app for 11.45am for a MOT. I arrived at site at 11.30. The advisor ( Steve?) informed me that unless I had a call the appointment wasn't confirmed. I then had to wait an excessive time ( I left at 2pm!) for the MOT to be completed.

The whole experience was poor. Car wasn't done on the Saturday I dropped it off. Ended up being done on the Tuesday. Lack of communication about the whole thing, no one taking any responsibility or accountability.

To be fair, i was kept in the loop, regarding progress, i like that, a lot. They sorted the fault out on my vehicle, which was great. However, non of the floor panels were put back in the boot. They were left on my back seat.

I received an offer from BMW for an MOT at £30. I called the number on the text and booked the vehicle in via your central team who confirmed the offer to be valid. When I collected the vehicle, the service advisor tried to charge me £39.95 instead

I booked my X5 in for a routine service and also mentioned 2 other issues. 1 phone charger tray not working. 2. Clutch slipping. When I arrived to leave my car the service manager reiterated the extent of the work. No mention of other issues.

My car was waiting for replacement headlights. I eventually received a call from Lookers to arrange an appointment. But when I arrived, the service advisor (different person) did not believe me and I was made to feel like I was making this up.

The price charged was higher than originally quoted for the same service. There was also a recall on the vehicle which was also completed during the service, this was also mentioned when dropping he vehicle off I was assured no recalls logged.

The part wasn't ordered despite the staff knowing exactly what the car was booked in for the appointment had to be completely rebooked again for a week later. This was all costing of a lot of unnecessary time. Also the staff member Amin was rude.

The service was good but a bit expensive compared to a non BMW garage but I do prefer all my services to be carried out properly so always trust BMW. Only disappointment was the offer of discounted car mats didn't materialise!
