Everything from start to finish was good! the only thing that I would like to mention is that the agent did not ask me if I need a taxi ! I had to wait for an Uber driver for almost 30 mins outside. the technician video was also great.

I rang up to book the appointment and I asked how much it would cost. The lady said that the pricing system was down but it should be about 170 which is what it said on the app. She said she would email me to confirm, I rang the day before my service

The comms from the service department was a of a very poor standard where I had to chase them on multiple occasions to get a progress update.

Didn't complete the work as part was needed. Couldn't do the map update because you had to order it, thought I still had a service contract but it had expired - no contact from yourselves to say it had expired so no option to renew and there's more..

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I am unhappy with the washer fluid bottle issue. It has been cleaned out twice and I believe was changed but it is ongoing issue repeatedly blocking up, I had the same issue on wife's car also friends.

Taking my car in for a recall bmw did the recall. And my car come out with a warning light on. I spoke to the lady on sales and she said you can book it in with the workshop at a cost, I wasn't happy with the service and the warning light is still On

The worst car service I've ever experienced! I took the car in for repairs in good condition, and it was returned to me with a report stating it was okay. However, shortly after the recall about EGR, coolant was empty, no warning in dashboard.
