There were some delays obtaining parts. I had a repair slot cancelled at 12 hours notice, and then was sent away in a loan car (after waiting for 4 hours) when other parts were not available.

Work hasn't fixed the problem as I was told it would, tried to charge me even though I have 2 year warranty, told me my car had been washed and hoovered when it hadn't. A very disappointing amd extremely poor experience
