All good apart from some issues on collecting car when some software didn't seem to work which delayed us for some time. However the customer service was really good.

It was disappointing that there was no key rings available at the time of purchase, other than the stock ID band. Staggering considering the amount spent on this vehicle!

We were looked after very well by Nathan Radford, although as there was a delay with delivery the car had been taxed on the 29th dec and it wasn't delivered until 2nd January which has left us with only 11 months tax

Standard Service Visual Health Check very good However they still took it through a car wash after I specifically said not to wash it! Even the person I dealt with on drop off wrong on the service sheet and key ring DO NOT WASH!!

It is preferable to ensure that only a product genius should work on solving problems relating to EV and App. We spent hours, had to call bmw and had to make extra trips to the dealership to rectify problems caused by incomplete solution process
